OIL PLAN price is based on 2 1/2 hours labor for annual service, nozzle, oil filter and strainer gasket. Time over 2 1/2 hours and additional parts will be billed at current rate less 20% discount. 10% senior citizens discount applies to the initial plan cost only. PROPANE PLAN is based on 1 hour labor for annual cleaning service. Annual boiler/furnace service must be performed during regular business hours, Mon.-Fri., No nights, weekends or holidays. Latest appointment is 1:00 pm.

* Discount does not apply to appliance purchases. If you have had an annual burner /furnace service within the last 2 months, and sign up for the service plan, we will deduct the cleaning service price and bill you the difference. Propane plan does not include fireplace logs or hearth products.
