Products and Services: Oil Service
Our NH Fuel Oil Service

Have regular service performed in the Spring or Summer before the heating season, to insure your system operates at peak efficiency. Ask about our money saving efficiency enhancement and protection plan. A dirty or poorly tuned furnace or boiler burns more oil, resulting in higher heating bills.

Burner Tune-up (Mobile Home)

An oil burner tune-up is a service we offer for mobile homes. The total package includes one-hour of service: a nozzle, an oil filter and a gasket. We also check pump pressure, test transformer, check heat exchanger, lubricate motor and test safety systems. This is preventative maintenance and we recommend this service to be performed once a year. This service will make your equipment more efficient resulting in savings on fuel. Mobile home furnaces may reach a point where they need a full brush and vacuum, which would be billed at extra time. Any other labor or parts needed will be billed in addition to tune-up cost.

Fuel Oil Service (Residential Home)

An oil burner cleanout and tune-up is a service we offer for residential homes. The total package includes 2-2 ½ hours of service: a nozzle, an oil filter and a gasket. When we perform a cleanout we check pump pressure, test transformer, lubricate motor and circulator, check combustion chamber, heat exchanger or boiler block, set combustion efficiency & draft and test safety systems. If a cleanout takes longer than the normal 2 ½ hours, or if other parts are needed there will be an additional charge. This is preventative maintenance and we recommend this service to be performed once a year. This service will make your equipment more efficient resulting in savings on fuel. Commercial accounts are billed at time & materials. We don’t clean chimneys; it is recommended to have a certified chimney sweep inspect your chimney annually.

Tune-up Only (New Equipment)

A tune-up should be performed on a new boiler or furnace installed by a plumber or a sub-contractor. A tune-up is an efficiency & draft test performed on the new system to make sure everything was installed correctly and is working to the manufacturer’s specifications.

Tanksure Program

Your oil tank will be “ultrasonically” tested annually. If it passes the minimum test standards, a tank protector anode will be added to your oil tank. If your oil tank leaks you will be covered up to $1000.00 towards the replacement of a new tank. This program is done at the time of your annual tune-up
